Bryce	e095cb94e4	fix(config): propagate rotated Plaid secret to worker configs ... The rotation in 111eca41 updated the Plaid secret-key only in prod.edn, leaving prod-background-worker.edn, prod-cloud-background-worker.edn, and prod-cloud.edn on the old (now-invalidated) secret.
